How big is your crew?
PCB’s crew size varies depending on the size of the job; however, our goal is to complete all projects in a timely manner and we staff our jobs accordingly.
How soon can you begin my project?
PCB’s policy is first come first serve; once the estimate is accepted and the negotiations of the contract details are complete, PCB begins to schedule the project start date and will notify you the customer.
Who will be working on the project? Are they employees or subcontractors?
Both, depending upon the scope of work. Primarily PCB completes all work in-house, but occasionally uses subcontractors. PCB’s project manager supervises the work performed whether it’s employees or subcontractors, so you the client deals solely with PCB.
How much will my project cost?
Every job is different; however, the cost of the job will be clearly understood prior to signing the contract and the commencement of work.
Do I have to pay the entire cost upfront?
No, depending on the size of the job payment is due after work is complete; however, on larger jobs a payment schedule, known as ‘progress draws’, will be specified on the contract between customer and PCB.

Yes, however, a 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions.
How long is your estimate good for?
Our estimates are generally guaranteed for 30 days; however, they are subject to change due to fluctuating material costs.
Do you order the materials or do we?
Generally PCB handles the ordering and purchasing of materials unless the owner/project manager specifies their desired intent.
Do you have a process for dealing with change orders?
Yes, if the work required changes from the work specified in the contract, PCB provides an ‘Extra Work Order’, which details the additional costs of the extra work to be performed, or a ‘Credit Memo’, if an item on the contract is omitted. The owner/project manager is required to sign, indicating their approval of the ‘Extra Work Order’ or ‘Credit Memo’; therefore all parties involved are clear on the scope and cost of the change order.
